Matt Architecture are seeking to redevelop 30-32 Station Road to replace the outdated, poor quality existing buildings with a modern and attractive new building that reflects local architecture.

The redevelopment will deliver 42 high quality new 1 and 2 bed flats, with shared amenity spaces and a large shared rooftop amenity area, alongside 287 m² of new commercial space and improvements to the public realm. The mature oak and chestnut trees on the site will be retained.
